Dielectric Ceramic Resonator
Ceramic dielectrics with high permittivity are known to be excellent resonators for microwave oscillators and filters. Materials with high dielectric constant, good temperature stability, and high Q, enable design of stable microwave oscillators and filters. Some of the circuit applications can be for microwave oscillators, impedance converters, discriminators, filters, and matching circuits.

Embedded or surface printed passives with low reistance conductors are possible in multi-layer or mono-layer structures. Flip chip or cavity designs are possible. Thermal vias may be designed to help maintain proper device operation temperature range.
